Original era manufacture. A clear image of four officers, three weaing what looks to be CAC collar insignia and thefourth (third from left) Medical collar insignia. Two of the officers wear M1910 garrison belts, one wears a standard pistol belt with mounted holster and eagle snap magazine pouch and the Medical officer a standard M1911 holster, again with an eagle snap magazine pouch.
