Original era manufacture. A clean, woven blue canvas single loop cartridge belt for 45, 45-70 cartridges. Original stamped brass H-pattern 1887 US buckle, which is marked on the reverse Anson Mills Pat. Feb 1881. Overall very sound, the fabric is lightly faded from age and use, no fraying to the fabric, blue cloth binding sewn to the ends of the belt.
