Original era manufacture. Golden yellow wool Cavalry 2nd Lieutenants dress straps. Gold wire edging, with black wool underlay.  Embroidered Harding Uniform & Regalia Co. of Boston Mfg. tag on the reverse of one of the straps. Normal age and wear.
