Original period manufacture. 1890 dated Morgan Silver Dollar, minted at the New Orleans Mint, 90% silver coin. Nellie Bly finished her round the world trip in 72 days, 6 hours, 11 minutes and 14 seconds. Yosemite National Park was established. The Battle of Wounded Knee occurred on December 29th 1890, marking the last major fight on the Northern Plains.
