Original era manufacture. A seven pointed star with a pinback reverse, measuring 35 mm in width. As worn by members of the 7th Corps. During the Spanish-American War the 3rd Nebraska was sent to Cuba in December 1898, suffering the loss of 32 of their number to disease.
