Original era manufacture. A blue leather covered handbook with gilt lettering Published in 1902 with clothing entries from 1902-1903.  Issued to a soldier named Wohler, serving in the Field Artillery while stationed at Fort Riley Kansas. Covers a bit loose, pages and handwritten entries are legible.
