Original period manufacture. Woven blue web 8 pocket pistol belt with an interlocking Navy officers darkened bronze belt buckle.Matching material blue web .38 revolver holster with a metal reinforced tip and attached belt hook on it's reverse. All 8 pockets, and the holster flap covering are secured with darkened bronze Navy pattern buttons. There is some minor fraying beginning on the top of the belt at the third pocket in on the right side. These belts and holsters were made with a lot of linen woven into the fabric so fraying does occur with these. One of the pockets has a touch as well and a small spot on the rear of the holster. However, all of the snaps work properly but care should be used in opening and securing them. The color is even with no staining or other damage to report.
