Original era manufacture. Bronze medal and suspension bar, with its original red-white-blue silk ribbon. The planchet is 37 mm in width. Normal age and wear, no issues. The state of Michigan organized four regiments of Infantry for service in the war, two of these, the 33rd & 34th regiments, saw service in Cuba,suffering more lossesdue to disease than Spanish bullets.
