Original era manufacture. Double loop, woven canvas belt with MILLS marked adjusting tabs. Fifty double loops for 30-40 Krag ammunition, and six double loops for .38 caliber pistol ammunition.The belt has a brass hook, riveted to the lower edge with a short leather for attaching the saber carrier to. Unit marked on the interior 1 M 25, 1st Cavalry, M Troop, 25th man.Normal age and wear to the belt, light fraying to the ends of the belt loops, otherwise quite sound.
