Original era manufacture. Guard marked M4 bayonet made by Imperial, with most of the original finish remaining on the blade and metal surfaces. Light surface corrosion staining to the guard and pommel. Sound stacked leather grip, no cracks or missing segments. Sound M8 scabbard with a rawhide leg tie tightly wrapped around the tip.
