Original period manufacture. Regulation Marine Officers dress hat emblem, maker marked to Hilborn-Hamburger, Viking brand. Sterling marked reverse, the H-H eagle emblem in two places in addition to the Viking and 1/20 10K marking. The backing plate and screw nut were on the emblem at the time of our purchase.
