US Vietnam Era USMC Campaign Hat, Officers Cords

Original era manufacture. Recently purchased from a former USMC Captain who served in Vietnam beginning in 1968. Good quality OD wool felt campaign hat with a simple brown leather sweatband and black leather chinstrap. Attached to the front of the hat is an enlisted, black metal EGA and around the the body of the hat is a red/gold officers quality USMC cap cord. The hat is clean, a large size about a 60, just some minor fraying to the ends of one of the capcord acorns. There is a shadow and mounting hole below the EGA where another piece of insignia was installed at one time.
