Original era manufacture. A clean condition bayonet, which is marked MILPAR, US M7 on the top of the guard on opposite sides of the base of the blade. US M8A1 marked scabbard throat, and made with the metal reinforcement at the tip. Most of the original finish remains on the blade, the point is very slightly blunted, never sharpened. Most of the finish remains on the guard and pommel, lock works as it should. Guard is loose.
