Original era manufacture. An excellent quality sword, 30 inch chromed Mameluke style steel blade with etched panels on each side of the blade and a USMC serial number 323 on the top of the spine. Brass guard with white grips, secured with two brass star rivets. Wrapped around the guard is a regulation black leather sword knot. Dent free chromed steel scabbard showing light wear and use. Minor cracking to the grip surface on the reverse side pommel.
