Original era publication. A large format, ring binder logbook, as issued to a HUS/-1, UH-34D Sikorsky Seahorse Helicopter 148095, used by the US Marines 1960-1969, which included combat service in Vietnam, then released to Davis-Monthan AFB Tucson in 1971. The pages under the section Operating History, are quite interesting, particularly September 1965-October 1967, where battle damaged was noted on the aircraft on 8 different occasions. The notation for 18 September 1965, notes numerous projectile and shrapnel strikes. The report notes extensive repairs, detailing bullets through the pilots floor and seatback, with hits in the engine compartment and fuel tank.
