This is a two uniform set that belonged to Wanita Damian. Original period manufacture. Wanita Damian was born July 13, 1911 and enlisted in the WAVES November 2, 1944 and served in our Navy until August 30, 1968.The first set is the standard Blue Wool Jacket and Skirt. The second set is post WWII, summer top and skirt. Neither has buttons but a set of four is included and in the pocket. The blue uniform has a 32 inch chest and the jacket is 25 inches long. The skirt has a 34 inch waist and is 25 inches long.The summer set jacket has a bust size of 30 and is 23 inches long. The skirt has a 28 inch waist. The button could be moved to give a little more room. The skirt is 25 inches long and is missing the button. The zipper is intact.she lived until 2002. She was 90 years old.
