One of those great WWI era photographs where literally thousands of soldiers were formed up to represent the unit insignia of their respective divisions.This example presents the soldiers of the 18th "Cactus" Division, arrayed to display a prickly pear cactus, within a frameofsoldiers and horses.The photo measures 8 x 10 inches, with rumpling and staining, and with a triangular tear in the surface, hard to see though.
