Original era manufacture. A US made steel helmet which is missing its liner but amazingly its leather chinstrap is complete and intact. Nice period done 3rd Army emblem (Army of Occupation) on the helmets front. There is some scattered denting to the crown of the helmet and some fairly substantial surface corrosion on the interior but all in all its still displays very well.
