Original era manufacture. A very interesting medal of a pattern I cannot ever remember seeing before. Bronze colored metal construction which measures 40x55mm. French style mounting ribbon. which does not glow under a UV light. Evidently awarded to those Americans who volunteered to serve the French in a number of orginizations during WWI. Near new condition.
