Original era photography. This is a very nice album. 89 original BW photos, most identified and most, likely 70 per cent of the album, pertaining to aircraft and aviation. Numerous wrecks, plane flown into a tree, plane flown into a railroad locomotive, formation flights, photos taken during flight of other aircraft, aerial views of Houston and Ellington Field, barracks (Chinese cooking staff referred to as "One Wing Low"), wonderful image of the album's owner wearing his dress uniform and wings. Plus, some great pics of his pet dog "Little Bit" and the pilot's new bride Hazel. We have seen these old albums torn apart and the photos sold individually for considerable money. We will not do this, and we hope the new owner will treaure this historical record of WWI era pilot training and aircraft here in the USA.  The covers show wear and use but the photos are just fine, looks like one photo was removed long ago, as that page has been trimmed back.
