Original era manufacture. An issue quality campaign hat of olive colored wool felt, leather sweatband, and a WWI era Chemical Corps hat cord incobalt blueand yellow.Attached to the front of the hat through the grommet, is an enameled Chemical Battalion DI. There is a black leather chinstrap properly attached to the hat but of a later era. Large size hat, about a 7 1/2, with a nice salty look to it.
