Original era manufacture. An issue quality hat in a large size, while unmarked, it fits me and I wear a 7 1/2. Olive wool body with no moth issues, near complete cloth liner, for some reason an oval shaped section of the material was removed. Leather sweatband, of which 3/4 remains securely stitched to the body of the hat. Brown leather visor with a bound edge; brown oilcloth sweatband secured with two darkened brass buttons.
