Original era manufacture. Double snap Miller-Hexter marked canvas pouch dated 1917, which has been period overpainted with a thin green wash.  Inside is a 1916 dated brass cased Bauer & Black bandage.The brass bandage casing shows typical dings and dents from carrying, but retains most of its original brown paint finish.
