Original era manufacture. A very nice quality ladder type badge which is sterling marked on the reverse of the suspension bar. The date 1915 appears on the center bar and the numbers 10123 are on the reverse. Produced by one of the most prestigious of San Francisco jewelers, Shreve Jewelers. A company that hung out it's shingle in 1852 during the height of the California Gold Rush.
