Original period manufacture. Khaki canvas, double snap closure pouch, WWI pattern, maker marked, The M.H. Co. and dated 7-18. Light wear and use, very clean. The original wrapped gauze bandage was inside when we purchased the pouch. It is marked U.S. Army, Wilford Hall Laboratories 1917.
