Original era manufacture. Nice little researchable lot to a Doughboy who served in Company D, 103rd Machine Gun Battalion, 26th Division during WWI. Pay Record Book with photo, and two matching dog tags. Doing a quick check on Ancestry, it appears that prior to his joining the army, he worked as a Stenographer for the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. in New Haven Ct. Born in 1899, he died in 1988.
