Original era manufacture. Stamped aluminum collar discs with their original neckcord. Normal age and wear. Doing a bit of research courtesy of fold3.com, I found a Chester Earl McConahay, who registered for the draft in June of 1917. He was born in Iowa in 1894 and passed away in 1970.
