Original era manufacture. A very sound example of the M1917 US made steel helmet, complete with its original liner & instruction tag, and unbroken leather chinstrap.Painted on the front is a red disc with a black artillery shell. The original owners name is handwritten on the leather chinstrap. No dents, just a few blotches of garage paint on the exterior.
