Original era manufacture. A very sound leather magazine pouch for the US M1911 .45 Pistol. There are makers marks on the belt loop of Rock Island Arsenal 1913, along with the inspectors initials H.E.K.The pouch is not crushed or heavily stained with a nice luster to the surface. Rimless eagle snap closure button. Care must be taken when attempting to open the flap when snapped shut. The lower edge of the flap, below the button is beginning to tear a bit, best left unsecured, as it looks perfectly fine this way. In all other respects it is a really fine pouch.
