Original era manufacture. Heavy brass casing marked to a Berne manufacturer. The lid pivots up, revealing the magnetized dial. The body has a lock and stop button to secure the dial for transport and during use. One of the small screws holding the brass loop in place is missing. Normal age and wear otherwise.
