Original era manufacture. Heavy brass casing maker marked by Plan Ltd. Neuchatel Switzerland Manufacturer. The lid pivots up, revealing the magnetized dial. The body has a lock and stop button to secure the dial for transport and during use. One of the small pivot screws which secure the lanyard loop is missing. Most of the original darkened finish remains on the casing.
