Original era manufacture. Olive brown issue quality wool felt hat with a brown silk ribbon and stitched bow around its crown. Four lines of stitching along its edge. Cavalry yellow wool cap cord around the base of the hat, missing one of its acorns. Leather sweatband and chinstrap with a small alloy adjusting buckle. The hat is quite sound, no mothing issues with just a little bit of roughness to the surface texture of the edge.
