Original era manufacture. Olive brown wool felt hat with a brown silk ribbon and stitched bow around its crown. Four lines of stitching along its edge. Leather sweatband and chinstrap with a small brass adjusting buckle. Upon folding down the edge of the sweatband the original owners name can be seen along with makers information and contracts. The hat is quite sound, no mothing issues with just a little bit of roughness to the surface texture of the edge. Size marked 7 1/8.
