Original era manufacture. A beautiful set of pliable leather construction bags with brass buckles and fittings, with both white canvas inserts present. All pocket cover securing straps are present, both flags are embossed. The bags are dated 1918 and are clearly marked Rock Island Arsenal. The leather still creaks when you open the flaps.
