Original era manufacture. Good quality gold color wire double braid aiguillette with a single gilded brass pencil, this decorated with the American Eagle. Can't put my hands on the regulation for these, but I believe they were worn on the 1902 pattern uniform. These are of very nice quality, certainly not new.
