US WWI Era Fleece Lined Winter Coat, Stenciling on Reverse, Unusual

Original era manufacture. This is an unusual coat, recently purchased out of the collection of a long-time US collector's estate. Orange-Tan color cotton exterior, with a fleece covered collar and fleece body lining, with gray flannel sleeve lining. Double breasted front which is secured by the use of black leather tabs and large black plastic-like buttons. The edges of the two lower pockets are reinforced by matching panels of black leather. Stenciled on the reverse is the following,  8th SER. RGT. M.T. BN. CO. B. 59. perhaps the MT Bn stands for Motor Transport Battalion. The coat shows wear and use but no damage and is complete as far as I can see. No makers label or issue tags. Will fit a size 40.
