Original period manufacture. Offered for your consideration is this very nice condition gentleman's Straw Boater which we believe dates to around the time of the Great War. This hat has been in our collection for at least the past 25, maybe 30 years, but now is the time for a new home. The overall condition is excellent and in a large size too, 7 3/8. The only damage to report that the ventilated stitching which holds the leather sweatband in place is broken on one side. Cool hold hat, 23 Skidoo!
