Original era manufacture. First one of these we have ever owned, likely issued to accompany it's more commonly encountered brother, the metal marking kit. This is a complete unit housed in its original wood box, consisting of 36 numbers and letters used to unit stamp leather military equipment. All housed in a stout wooden box, which is the same size as the metal marking box.
