Original era manufacture. Pressed steel folding lantern with Iisinglass  (Mica) clear panels. The lantern stands 9.75 inches in height with a folding bale handle. Patent information and company name on both sides of the top. Sometimes these can be found with military markings as well, we have seen these with Medical caduceus  stamped into the tops before. Overall the lantern displays normal age and wear, the mica panels  are intact, and the interior of the lantern displays honest use. The three period looking candles came with the lantern at the time of our purchase and are included.
