Original era manufacture. 1919 dated ribbon in Navy blue and gold, with silver lettering. Brass suspension bar with pin attachment. At the bottom is a celluloid disc in a brass frame, portraying the USS Oklahoma.The ribbon is frayed below the suspension bar and above the disc, with the disc being mounted to a display card by double sided tape.On December 7th 1941, the Oklahoma was struck by several Japanese torpedoes, capsizing at her moorings with a loss of over 400 of her crew. Like the Arizona, she was to damaged to be repaired, and was scrapped in 1946.
