Original period manufacture. Very sound tan canvas pouch with carrying strap, stenciled onto the reverse looks to be information of the original owner. Can't quite make everything out but looks as if he served with the Supply Company of the 18th Infantry Regiment. The mask has stiffened from age but is complete, flutter valve is missing as always, the headstraps are sound as is the hose and filter can. The original record card is attached and the demisting cloth and can is present.
