Original era photography and medal group. A recent purchase out of an old Pennsylvania collection. Copied photo with penciled notations on the reverse, identifying the soldier as E.J. Mengle, 103rd Engineers. Lot includes his WWI Pennsylvania Victory Medal, small size Engineer officers collar insignia, 1st Lieutenant collar rank and a Mexican Border Service ribbon.
