Original era manufacture. Standard pattern mask with shoulder strap and body tie string intact. Typical petrified facemask and missing the flutter valve. The steel valve support frame is cracked, the hose is still attached to canister and mask, green finish to the canister. The demisting can is present as is the issue card which has a 7-31-18 date written inside, showing issue to AC 358, 90th Division. Hand written on the front of the canvas case are the initial A.M.P., A.C. 358. Printed off sheet showing the service of the 358th Ambulance Company in France in WWI.
