Original era manufacture. Size marked 3 on the exterior of the face mask, which amazingly has remained soft and pliable over the past 100 plus years. The flutter valve is missing, the head harness is intact. The hose, while flattened out, has also remained pliable and is still connected to the yellow painted filter canister. No demisting can or record book. Standard khaki canvas carrier, named on the reverse exterior to C.KEELER with his service number below. For some reason the brass strap adjusting hook and clasp were removed.
