Original era manufacture. Standard pattern mask carrier with shoulder strap and body tie string intact. The mask and hose remain and the yellow painted canister is present. The facemask is petrified as usual, flutter valve missing, the demisting can is present as is the Record Card showing a 9-13-1918 issue date.
