Original era manufacture. Issue quality pull-over wool shirt with reinforced elbows, all buttons are present. Machine stitched on each shoulder are black wool felt discs with a printed WAR CORRESPONDANT US. Both are a bit faint at this point in time. In addition, the original owners initial and last four digits of his service number can be seen in several places on the interior of the shirt. One repair on the back shoulder going across, no mothing, size about a 40 regular. Seam down center of shirt below buttons.
