Original period manufacture. An original WWI bayonet with a re-blued blade and rebuilt scabbard. Blue re-finished blade with clear markings and 1917 date on the ricasso. The blade is bent about an inch up from the guardOriginal wood grips which are number stamped, are sound and have a dark finish, lock button moves the mechanism properly. The scabbard retains it's original steel throat, however the body is a replacement made of OD plastic. The blade will only fit in the scabbard and lock on the right side.
