Original era manufacture. Clean 1918 dated 1905 bayonet by Springfield Arsenal, with a blue finish to the blade. Most of the original finish remains on the surface, brightening towards the point.Parkerized finish on the guard and pommel, with original finish rough hewn walnut grips.Sound, rawhide covered wood bodied scabbard, needing a slip-on canvas cover to complete.
