Original era manufacture. US WWI produced knapsack, which was approved for WWII use, with the addition of the Combat Serviceable paintedcloth tag. Produced by Canvas Products and dated 1918, it is complete with its matching maker and datepack extender and meat can pouch.The color is strong, displaying light soiling from storageand wear, but overall a very sound WWI pack.
