Original period manufacture. Full length example of this large pattern sword, last model issued to the US Cavalry. The blade is quite clean, no issues and runs straight and true. Dark finished steel guard with black plastic grips.Steel scabbard with two carrying rings at the throat, original surface finish in good condition, canvas covered wooden scabbard body.
